Western Bowling & Fitness Centre
The Thunderbolt Fitness Centre takes pride in bringing
to Dhaka the most authentic bowling sport, an American indoor game
that has become hugely popular in the countries of South East and
East Asia. Equipped with the state of the Art Brunswick bowling
alley artifacts, that include the magical 'glow light' and the pulse
setting music audio system, the centre is the first of its kind
in Bangladesh, with only three of its prototypes in Asia.
 
The Thunderbolt Bowling and Fitness Centre is handsomely
located in the sprawling indoors of the 4th floor of the Designer-complex,
now known to as the Rifles Square at the intersection of the road
no. 2 and the Satmojid Road of the Vintage Dhanmondi residential
area. The 10,000 square ft.spread of floor-space has a 4-lane bowling
alley at its heart, a gym outfit with an array of latest equipments
from life fitness, a subsidiary of Brunswick, a cyber cafe with
vitual reality in your computer tips and a food court with choice
victuals and beverages. Such are the complements as lend the members
the total entertainment of the one and the only kind in Dhaka. It's
more than the individual thrill of rolling down the rotund ball

The equipments will incline to keep users in their desired heart

Involves all the major upper and lower body muscle groups so users

Multi Gym
The multi Gym offers a wide range of exercises. Users can benefit

Abdominal
By using Abdominal users can develop the weak muscles of abdomen
and chest. The following muscles can be toned-Rectus Abdominis,
External Obligue, Transvenus Abdominis, Quadratic Cumborum, and

Leg Extension
For developing the front of the thigh as well as inner thigh users
can use leg Extension. The following muscles can be developed- Rectusfemoris,

Leg Curl

give our members exclusive privileges to indulge in a variety of
different lifestyles and cultures.
Social evening
For those who need to burn a bit of stress, weekly social events
will be arranged for members and their invited guests.
